it’s amazing, we have had this probelm since our son was 1 yr old.  no one can me this is not CAH related.  Although the Endo says it is not, I know it is.  We even had an upper GI work-up to rule out anything else. 

Just last night, his grandmother mentioned finding small worms in the bottom of her cereal bowl, and he lost his whole dinner.
