Blue Cross and Blue Shield recently moved Cortef from a Tier II drug to a Tier I classification.  Meaning the copay has doubled.  Florinef also was increased but I see that the boards here indicate there is a generic version available so I understand.

Is there a generic version available or is the tier increase solely due to the patent expiration?

Has anyone else been effected by this?
