Yes our copays went up, too. We assumed it was because of shifting medical coverage (more unemployment, less demand for employees, less benefits needed to draw quality employees). We can finally get reasonable service at fast food restaurants and Wal-Mart so at least there is somewhat of a silver lining. Minimum wage paying business were having a really hard time finding employees while unemployment was down so far, forcing them to hire unqualified people (hard to imagine someone being unqualified for minimum wage, but I certainly saw plenty of them.)
