Server time should be fine, Its hard to see at what time (Australian) for example you sent this reply. The best option I could see is to have the server clock indicated since the times next to the posts, I assume, are server times.

Being a php page it should be relatively easy to setup. I think I have the code for it, if you do not. I assume you do, based on the existing features on the board.
