You seem very informed and it is definitely your decision. I have 4 daughters. My second has nsw-cah but was only slightly virilized at birth...in the normal range, so wasn’t diagnosed until she was 5 years old. I took dex with my 3rd child, who is non-cah. I opted to not take dex with my 4th. She in non-cah also. If she had cah we would have dealt with it. I consulted with many doctors before making my decision....and it was MY DECISION!!
