Hi Rosalie, I knew you were around somewhere...in Austrailia!! Hey not to mention that depression and anxiety is a factor for some wih low cortisol but on the downside oversuppression can cause the same and for my own experience a much worse depression. I’m weaned down to .25 Dex now. Better now than ever!! take care
