With all do respect, I just wanted to let you know that I have simple virilizing CAH and I was born severely virilized. I didn’t have any surgery until I was five and had another surgery at 21. I was born with a completely fused labia area and a enlarged clitoris that I voided out of.  I’ve only taken hydrocortisone or prednisone my whole life and never knew what a salt waster was until I came here.
