Thought I’d get your advice on my daughter’s dosing. She’s 5 months old and is on cortef 2mg thrice a day. I dose her at 6am/2.30pm/11pm.  Her first 17OHP level was 434 ng/dl taken at 3 months and the endo made us to 3 mg for the 11pm dose and at 4 months the repeat 17OHP went down to 18ng/dl. He said she is much too sensitive so we went back to the original dose of 2/2/2. Haven’t tested her yet to see how she is doing on that. Her pediatrician/endo and the GI specialist all feel she is doing well on the growth chart and I shouldn’t be worried. However if I can achieve better levels by changing dosing times then I’m willing to try that.

Please let me know if I should be doing any different.
