Could you email me that information. I am at dlmack1@juno.com. My daughter has been fine on the growth chart and weight. Her levels have been staying within range also with the 6am-2pm-10pm schedule. BUT I am just curious about this dosing schedule and would like to take it to my own endo the begining of July. If it could benefit her in any other way I would be more than happy to try it. I am assuming this is for Cortef dosing correct? And I am wondering if there is a difference in these patients that have been undergrowth. Like what type of CAH do they have? Are the CAH due to 21 hydroxlys patients finding that they are having more problems with staying on the growth charts, and keeping their levels in a good range? I am curious to see what type these children are that have benefitted from changing the dosage time. It is so hard to get a general censes on the MB without asking specifics. There are so many different CAH types, and everyone is so different with the gene mutations ect. I was just curious. Not that this would not benefit everyone but a particular group, that is not what I am asking. I am just wondering WHO is having the difficulties with thier growth and levels (CAH type), and what is their method of medication? (Cortef? Florinef?) How does Florinef fit into that schedule also. Sorry so many questions but if this could benefit so many I would like to take this to my own endo. Thank you for trying to answer allll the questions I have. Oh and one more, was this schedule created from studies done at NIH? Or where? Thanks!
