Dear friend,

I live in Louisville, KY and my youngest daughter (age 5) was diagnosed in November with CAH.  Our endocrinologist is Pediatric Endocrinologist - Dr. Pamela Clark and Maura Lindenfeld.  They have been wonderful.  The group is associated with University of Louisville.  I will get back to you about the phone number.  We are currently trying to organize our family household to help meet these new needs.  (We also have a 10 yr son and 7 yr daughter)
