No problems with nosebleeds with our 4 yr old salt-waster, either. My (non-CAH) sister used to get them all of the time, however, and the doctors finally had to cauterize a vessel in her nose. At the time, they told her that this is not uncommon, and she hasn’t had any troubles since. You might want to check it out with a GP. God’s blessings!
