Here is a link.  The title on Google is:

When you know more about what is wrong you can start making it right.

Clinical Depression is chemical imbalance in the brain.  What a CAH’ER has when they are down is clinical depression.  infact due to the fact that their hormones can become out of synhc in a more exagerrated way than someone with nromal functioning adrenal glands, it just means that they can reach a levle of clinical depression sooner and in fact dip in and out of it frequently at times of stress.  This would be due to exposure to androgens which are commonly associated with Jeckyll and Hyde type behaviour depending upon the amount of exposure ) and vioent ,mood swings.

If you double your meds for TOO long you feel emotional and moody and depressed.  Normally the body compensayes and adjust these a little bit more subtly--so in that sense CAH is something that naturally predisposes you to short or long bouts of clinical depression.

I stuffed up below as I did have clinical depression, but associated it more in the area of postnatal depression.

Breast feeding actually made it linger and after 6 months when I stopped it became worse for a period.  When hormones settled down, and I took vit B6 and   took up walking it soon disappeared.  Positivity is half way to actually dealing with clincal depression, because it has a profound effect on how you view each day.  Feeling unposotive can take you further down.
