Every minute counts and do you think in car accident or whatever there is time to call a 1-800 phone number and what if you don’t pay the $40 or so membership fee every month... what if they don’t answer the phone.... what if?

Anyway - there is an insert (plastic water proof paper insert and you write all the information needed - the amount and kind of med). 

Also a sample emergency letter.  Not as detailed as the one that I recommend. Again  - always have solu-cortef with you.  Don’t think that you can get to the hospital in time.

Also print out the NIH pamphlet on how to inject solu-cortef.  Make up several kits to have on hand.
