Looking to see if any have used dex. for long period of time for swcah & how it worked.

We are questioning a change from cortef / florineff to dex. / florineff to treat 7yr.son with adv bone age of 11 and also possibly starting lupron. We are looking to converse with anyone who’s used dex. for cah treatment.We currently are trying the 3a-11a-7p regime on cortef which isn’t fairing well.
