The US Senate conducted hearings on nationalizing standards for newborn screening, this past Friday, in D. C.   Several doctors testififed, as well as a couple of parents.  I do know that CAH was one of the conditions talked about, though not the only one. 

I had hoped to catch the program on Friday, but unfortunately, it was not aired live.  Apparently, it was shown this afternoon on C-span 3.  I don’t get that channel, but  for those interested, who do, you may want to check the c-span website to see when it might be aired again.
