I have an 8 month baby girl that was diagnosed with SWCAH when she was 2wks. old.  We had a very scary trip to the ER in an adrenal crisis which at the time had no idea what was going on.  My husband and I were horrified and even today I have a hard time coping with the reality.  I have been reading this website for some time but never could get the courage to tell our story, hope this helps.

My question is, my daughter takes 2.0ml of zantac daily for what they said would help her little stomach with irritation from the cortef and florinef.  I just have’nt heard anyone else mention it.  Her Ped. said she would probably have to take it forever.  Her endo. never really has said.  Anyway, just curious?
