the mgs. cut back you requested
Jun. 22nd, 2002   12:25pm

Jake was cut back 2.5 mgs in the a.m.

Originally he was on 5 mgs 3 times a day, so now he is on 12.5 mgs. a day.  I suspect he will be even lowered further after next month’s blood draw.  He is being monitored by the month instead of three months.

He was showing signs of both under and over suppression and I was confused because our endocrinologist told us that was impossible.  It was a result of dosing against the circadian rythym.  When I switched times (not dosage as that is critical) it "popped" into place and there were no more androgen breakthrough symptoms.

Now that his endocrinologist lowered his dose, the forehead and back hair (I wrote about months ago--in the archives) has begun to fade and not regrow.  Even one of my friend’s have noticed a change in his behavior, and his "hairiness".

Got to go... he wants waffles for breakfast!  BTW... he eats like a normal kid now and has begun to lose weight.
