KevinValerie, I have been doing many things as of late, moving, etc. SO to answer those questions from the last time. I live in New Haven and work for Yale. I have been here for 2 years. Yes the weight issue is a prolonged matter in my life, however I have been able to get it under immaculate control at handful of times for a considerable period of time. What is involved to do this is a very proper choice of what you eat, and measured portions, and plenty of excersie. Of course as we get older we tend to stray from some of our disciplines of our younger years. I am again struggling with weight, but am starting to lose again due to taking hold of the above measures. As far as dealing with my mood/emotions/depression well I am now under the care of a psychiatrist and am taking 2 forms of meds. prozac 40 mg and wellbutrin 300mg daily. I have been on this medicine for a few weeks and it has seemed to have mellowed me out some which is good. I was on these meds in the past and quit taking once my life improved in certain areas, but should not have quit the meds. because so many things are underlying and will resurface easily. So I plan to have this regimen in my life for some time, possibly indefinitely. It is quite important to have good emotional/mental well being and medicine is sometimes necessary. As far as the med for the SWCAH goes I am taking Deltasone/Prednisone 5mg morn, 2.5 night and Florinef 0.1mg whole tab then 1/2 tab alternating days. It seems to take care of things. Well I hope this answers some of your questions, Take care, KEVIN
