There are two Valerie’s that post here.  Valerie D is in the US.  I was the second Valerie, but posted as Val and I live in NZ.  I started posting last year in around April/May.  Some weeks later there was a debate on Genital Surgery and the  I became involved in that.  The debate became a little overheated and consequently my posts got my IP blocked.
