To Bebe,

If your testosterone levels are higher than normal, then that does not sound too much like you can be untreated and be ok to me.  Besides, lack of cortisol is a problem in itself really isn’t it?  Even if your not making androgens, you are still lacking cortisol and you need that for stress response.

The whole point of treatment is NOT just based around sppressing unwanted male hormones.  For some it is ALL about providing the necessary steroids to mount a stress and anti-inflammatory response.  

I guess if your unconcerned about health and keeping it at an even keel, you can forgo that?
