Hi,
My 23mth old daughter who has SVCAh has been on Cortef twice per day since she was diagnosed at 6mths old.

She has had no problems at all and her endo tells us she has a mild form of CAH. We try to space the dosage out 12 hours apart if possible.
Brooke’s levels have always been fine every 3 months.
