The initial shock of the diagnosis for me has been over for awhile now, and we’re pretty much back to normal.  We know how important the meds are, and have  a great doctor that has taught us pretty much what we need to know, but it’s nice to connect with others who actually have to deal with CAH on a daily basis. 

Roberta, We have the solu-cortef....2 vials actually, because I keep one kit in the car!  The nurses taught me how to give the shot, and have explained the importance of giving it if needed, just as you have said.
