I am a 40 yr. old woman with CAH.  My case was not diagnosed until I was trying to

become pregnant at age 33.  I was wondering what were the long term effects and what treatment I should be receiving at my age.  I am not currently taking anything.  I am noticing great difficulty to lose weight and am feeling so hot, I would like to jump out of my skin.  Have appt with my endo. next week for first time in 5 years.
