Go to the CARES web page - click on "adrenal crisis" there are several companies... but I love this one for babies - pink for girls... blue for the boys - great for babies and all your information is inside. I don’t trust the 1-800 phone number - there might not be time... and what if they don’t answer! I swear by the ID with the inserts - and it is a water proof insert. No fees!!  Soft band for babies too!! Then I brought a ID at Sears with the gold metal medical alert band (expandable one)  - the top part opens and there is an informational water proof insert for my 8 year old - only $12.00 - alittle more durable for a bigger kid.  The one below is less than 10.00 and perfect for a baby!!

This is a nice one for sports activities because it has a water proof paper inside the band to write down the critical information·doctor’s name and amounts of meds, etc.
