Hi Chris!

My 4 yr old SWCAH son takes 5.1 ml of liquid Hydrocortisone (1.0 mg/ml) daily. (1.7 mls x3 /day). He is rarely sick, is following his own growth curve (around 3rd percentile for height and 25th or so for weight) and is almost right on for bone age. (My husband & I are both short, so we don’t expect our son to be a giant).

When he was first diagnosed at 2 weeks of age, during an adrenal crisis, he was put on 7.5 ml/day of hydrocortisone. Once he finally saw an endocrinologist at 21/2 months, his hydrocortisone was reduced.

Hope this helps.
