11-beta hydroxylase deficiency can be non-salt wasting or salt-wasting (about 2% of 11-beta’s are SW).

The basic treatement for 11-beta is the same as for 21-hydroxylase -- Cortef and flornef (if a SW). The blood work differs in that you need to keep track of plasma renin (indication of hypertension), and the two precursors to the 11-beta (sorry can’t remember the exact names). Our ped endo also keeps very close watch on the blood pressure levels.

With stress, the 11-beta is also treated the same.
