Thank you for responding. We have similiar issues with weight gain. Jack’s weight is off the charts, even though he is very active - in constant motion.

He was diagnosed through newborn screening. I had doubts that he even had CAH because he was doing well on 4mg/m2/day. (He is currently much higher). We confirmed the diagnosis through genetic testing. His blood levels have all been coming back showing oversuppression. I just have to get him on a lower dose.
