This can also happen when they are under- supressed.  During the liquid Cortef days, my son had underarm odor that was equal to an entire football team - AFTER the game!

We have since had him in good control so it is not so bad.  His Dad made it a ceremonial type thing when he gave him his own underarm deodorant.  Kind of like a right of passage thing not to be ashamed of.

Anyway, has your granddaughter had her blood levels checked lately?  If so, are they showing good control?
