I don’t have CAH although I am a carrier for the SV kind. I have lots of hair. I am fairly light skinned. My mother is from Argentina and my father from Spain so I am blessed with thick black hair!!!!

I have looked into the laser for upper lip and underarms and bikini! I was quoted $99.00 per session and at least 4 or 5 sessions. To me, if it is permanent, it is worth the money. Considering at a salon you pay anywhere from $6 to $12 each time for upper lip wax and anywhere from 50-65 for leg waxing. Underarm I don’t wax but the thought of never having to shave is wonderful!!! I hate shaving and waxing. I usually wax my legs and upper lip. I am glad to hear that Martha, I think, had a good result with laser. I have heard good things about it too. I am just curious what bad things you have heard. I am seriously considering it. For those with extra hair due to CAH, this would be great. No more extra meds....

Some people are just harrier than others so even if your medication is on, you could just be extra hairy.
