re: Headaches

Hi - Those of us who are adults (or at least a LOT of us) have headaches when our cortisol is too low. Before I was diagnosed (as a teen) I literally had headaches every day - my mom took me to several doctors before we figured an endo would be the best bet. I mean every day and this went on for years. I had a terrible time in high school concentrating because my head would hurt so bad and I would come home from school and lay down on my bed and close my eyes - I loved sleeping because it was the only thing that took away the headaches. (while I was asleep) It was an awful way to live - no wonder I medicated myself with drugs (it was the 70’s too).
