My 14 year old son (SWCAH) has suffered headaches for many years. A problem with his left frontal sinus was thought to be the cause and did certainly contribute to them. Five years down the line and 20 operations on the sinus, it is finally looking normal. The headaches have not disappeared. A change in endos resulted in 24 hour testing 17 OHP and cortisol. It seems as if my son is not absorbing enough cortisol, hence the headaches. For years I was told there was no connection between headaches and CAH, I now know there is. If you do not have enough cortisol, or if you have too much you can get headaches. Like Susan my son has suffered terribly. Good luck, I hope your daughters headaches are resolved.
