BebeOver the weekend I saw on CNN that a new research found out that it’s healthier to exercise in the the evening than early in the morning because of cortisol levels. Any one saw/heard of this? What do you all think?
Also I noticed that when I wake up early in the morning, I can funtion better and my mind it’s more clear? But if I wake up late (sleeping about 8 + hrs) I feel so different with flu like symptoms and all. Is this related to cortisol levels and sleeping? I’m 12 weeks pregnant and this problem seems to be getting worse. I have the LOCAH--3 beta kind....
