Medic Alert in New Zealand.  If you look at the emblem, it has two links either side attached to two small rubber rings.  That was attched to a black and maroon velcro strap before and I just cut it off and stitched the rubber hoops to the new bracelet. 

If they do not do these in the US I am sure that it would not to be too hard to find similar small black rubber hoops (or white) to just put the links onto.  I’d try hardware or sewing stores.  I got the brecelet from the sports shop and apparently all the kids are wearing those at the moment without anything attached.  It cost $8.00.  The Medic Alert Velcro bracelet is just the same cost as a chain one here I think.  About $34.00 nz.  It comes in about 2-3 sizes and Ashley had the smallest, but it was a little too tight when fastended.  The one I made is adjustable to many sizes now.
