I’m still not sure what was causing her headaches. She hasn’t had any since those five days. Her Endo says her levels are fine, and I know she’s getting her medication right. Her G.P. prescribed Zyrtec! Maybe that worked. It sure has helped her allergies.

There has been mention in your postings of hypochondria among CAH patients, so I’ll be sure and talk to her about that. Maybe she heard somebody she wants to be like say they had a headache, or she thought that a headache would get her a trip downtown with Mama and some great tasting grape Motrin

She has SWCAH. I haven’t had any DNA tests done, but will put that on my list of things to do after we finalize. I do not know her birth parents, but I do know that her birth mom had a twin that died shortly after birth, but nobody has the info on the cause of death. Her birth father was 6’4". He died at age 62. I don’t have his cause of death either.

I will ask our Endo to have his other CAH patients parents call me. There isn’t a support group here-yet. There is only one practicing Ped Endo in our state.
