One answer, I can give you on this, is that, if she does have CAH, you may find that she is pulling away on the growth charts, i.e. height acceleration. If you have some length/height measurements from birth, plot them on a growth chart and see if she is moving up on the growth percentile line. Don’t just assume that because she is from a tall family that this is the explanation why she is tall. Sometimes accelerated growth is the first sign of CAH.
