You are so lucky they carry prednisone.  None of our local ambulance companies carry ANY INJECTIBLE or IV STEROIDS!  AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ADMINISTER ANY DRUG THEY DO NOT CARRY.    So if I were to be unconscious, and unable to give my children their shots, there is great potential for a crisis.  This is county-wide.  I have unsuccessfully fought this for 3 years now!!
