.25 6:00 morning, .25 2:00 afternoon .5 10:00 evening - cortef

In the evening, prior to (about 6:00 on) and now after evening dose she becomes spastic. Kicking and screaming unconsolably until she basically "passes out".  She wakes up in the morning smiling and ready to play all day.  She was 7 pounds at birth, went down to 6 lbs while they adjusted her meds in NICU, and at 2 1/2 mo she is 10 pounds.  She doesnt have another appt with endo until Sept.  Has been on these meds since we brought her home.  Would the weight gain make her need more doses?  Is this a sign of crises?  I don’t think I’d know if she was in crises or not.  She stares into space sometimes but then dont all babies?  She cries during and after she urinates most of the time and I thought it was due to the fact she just doesnt like to sit in a wet diaper but she could sit in a "poopie" diaper all day and you’d never know it.  If anyone has any advice on a CAH baby girl’s general temperament or just what their daughters were like and perhaps what a crises might appear like, it would be much appreciated.  Thank you.
