You didn’t say if your daughter was born with ambiguous genetalia or not. I am concerned about her crying when she urinates. Have you had a urologist check her out? Girls can get urinary tract infections easily if there are congenital defects in the urinary tract. I agree with Annmarie about the colic. It is very upsetting to hear your baby cry for hours on end. My son (non-CAH) had colic, and I would take a shower so that I would not hear the crying since nothing I did helped at all. He stopped just before he was 4 months old.
