tonyahi
my son was the same way. it took us forever to get him to go down at night. we thought the same thing that you did, we would put him down and he would start crying and we would check and he would have a wet diaper, so we would change it. turns out that is not the issue. it sounds like your baby is "touchy" "high maintenance" these are some of the words that were used in a book i read. i really thought that the book helped me, if nothing else it helped me to understand that there was nothing wrong with my baby and that lots of other mothers went through the same thing i did. the book is the secrets of the baby whisper by traci hogg .
i will tell you that it does get better around 3 months and then keeps getting better. but i remember all to well what you are going through (my son is 10 months old)
just know that you are not in it allow. make sure that you take a moment for yourself even if you have to walk outside.
take care and best wishes
