I believe Lisa’s boy is on .5ml at night. That means equivalent to 4mg of Hydrocortisone using the 80:1 conversion. However, at night, since dex is twice as potent in the evening that would be like giving the biy 8mg Hydrocortisone really in theory. So what he is taking is 28mg per day which may still be too high, depending on his age. .50ml would be equivalent to 40mg Hydrocortisone and given at night, if the theory about doubling the dose because it is more potent at night is correct, the child taking .50ml would be getting nearer to 80mg Hydrocortisone.Anne-Marie
