you are right my son has nccah, and i am a carrier of that gene.  my husband is classified as svcah.  yes my husband is on meds, he takes 5mg of prednisione a day.  he has taken everything but this seems to be working well for him.  they know so much more now than when my husband was diagnosed.  gosh when he was diagnosed  they didn’t have all of this different classifications of cah.  i hope when my son is my husbands age maybe they will have gotten a gene therapy.

you are right genetic are very interesting.  it is amazing that one little gene can change how you live your life.  i am very thankful each and everyday that it is not something worse.  it makes you appreciate life and how much of a miracle it is.  since all of this i have looked in to taking some genetics classes, but there are not that many out there.
