Just another thought.  Our SWCAH daughter suffered from reflux as a baby.  She would cry uncontrollably until we had her diagnosed and treated for the reflux.  However she was quite miserable all day as opposed to just at night.  She would scream most of the day.  If she is fine during the day and is screaming just at night it would perhaps be more likely colic.  Does she have her meds on an empty stomach?  It is recommended that they be given with food or milk, perhaps after you feed her.
