The graphs are not completely accurate.  They cannot take into account what is happening for each child as each child has a different rate of metabolising cortisol.  So the peaks and troughs would never be close to what yolu would achieve by switching to that regime and having 24 hour profiling--and the Doctor drawing a chart.
