There are some good, stylish pouches/cases/medicine kits out there and available at places like travel supply stores in the mall and on the internet.  Rand-McNally (at least I think it is them) has some great stores , as do many others.  A websearch will find them.  A good sporting goods store like Paragon would have stuff like that also.  People who do things like climbing or rafting need to travel light and sometimes take meds too :-)  I bet some of the diabetes groups also has some links or stuff for sale since alot of diabetics need to keep a syringe and insulin nearby too.
