We used an adjustable bracelet on her ankle at first as it would just slide off her wrist. Then we moved it to her wrist. We had it re engraved but then my daughter lost it. This time we bought a stainless one. I took the medallion off and had my jewelry making friend attach another bracelet that is silver with tiny crystal beads intwined. It looks so cute and the medallion won’t wear off. Good luck.
