My son was at 130ish and was considered to be oversuppressed by Dr. New. She cut his dose in half and his 17ohp was staying at about 600 ng/dl which she felt much better about. He also lost his chubby cheeks. I had just thought  he was a chubby baby.  I agree with Julia that those normal ranges are for kids without CAH.  I would question your doctor again.
