My daughter was diagnosed with late onset CAh and did lose her teeth early.  In fact she lost her two front teeth just when turned five.  She was diagnosed at 9 years of age ans at this point the dentist can see her wisdom teeth already on a panorama x-ray.  I never did ask if this was due to the CAH, but I really believe it couls be.  She went on to lose all her teeth early.  I hope this helps.
