I think that I would ask Dr. Maria New to review the blood tests and do genetic screening.  If the genetic screening is normal - then I would not worry.  Non-classical CAH if not treated can lead to infertility and short statue and other problems (especially as he grows and is not treated for several years).

By the way - was the tests given at 8 am?  There are hormonal surges and that can affect the levels?  How many CAH patients has this ped endo "ever" treated??????
