Hi, I have a two year old daughter with SWCAH. When I took her to the dentist six months ago he was very surprised that she had all of her teeth.  He also mentioned that she would more than likely begin to lose her baby teeth at around 4 years of age. I thought that was kind of early. My other two children non-cah did not begin to lose teeth until they were at least seven.  Maybe it is CAH related.
