My son (non-CAH) just lost his 2 front teeth and he just turned 5.  He also got his teeth early, almost all of his teeth by 18 months old. His sister (salt-wasting CAH) was the same.  I asked the dentist about my son losing his teeth early and he said anywhere from age 4 on up is normal for losing your baby teeth.  He said a lot depends on how early the parents lost their teeth.  I hope this helps.
